How to measure yourself for a HIking Dress 3 numbers needed:

Place the tape measure on the highest part of your shoulder and drop it down to just below you knee (or you could make it above the knee if you prefer)
___inches This will be your ideal dress length for this project.

Put your hands on your hips see the bottom of your pinky finger to help find the fullest part of your hips
____inches, this is to be your hip width.

To be sure the top is the right width, measure across your shoulders from the outside edge left to right
___ inches
